We're not here to play nice. We're here to fix a broken system.

RateMyProvider was born from a simple frustration: in a $55 billion industry built to support people with disability, there's no independent way to know if your provider is any good.

Why We Exist

The NDIS was a landmark reform. It gave millions of Australians with disability the right to choose their own supports. But choice without information isn't really choice — it's a gamble.

Right now, if you want to find an NDIS provider, you're left scrolling websites full of buzzwords like "person-centred" and "holistic" with no way to verify any of it. You might ask in a Facebook group. You might get lucky. Or you might not.

We started RateMyProvider because we believe participants deserve better. They deserve the same transparency that exists in every other industry — the ability to check reviews, compare options, and make informed decisions.

This platform is independent. It's not funded by providers. It's not run by the government. It's built for participants, by people who believe transparency is a right — not a privilege.

What we stand for

Independence First

We're not funded by providers and never will be. Our reviews are unbiased because our business model doesn't depend on keeping providers happy.

Always Free for Participants

NDIS participants and families will never pay a cent to use RateMyProvider. Ever. Transparency shouldn't have a price tag.

Honest Reviews, Not Censored Ones

No provider can pay to hide bad feedback. Every review — good and bad — stays public. That's how trust is built.

Accountability Creates Quality

When providers know they'll be publicly reviewed, they deliver better care. Transparency creates a self-correcting system.
