Yes. RateMyProvider is and always will be 100% free for NDIS participants and their families. We'll eventually offer optional premium features for providers, but the core platform — search, reviews, and transparency scores — is free for everyone who uses NDIS services.
NDIS participants, their families, carers, and plan managers can all leave reviews. We verify reviews to ensure they're from real people with real experiences.
No. Providers cannot pay to remove or hide negative reviews. All reviews — positive and negative — remain public. Providers can respond to reviews to share their perspective.
Transparency scores are based on a combination of review ratings, review volume, response rate, and profile completeness. The exact formula is public and the same for every provider.
No. RateMyProvider is 100% independent. We are not funded by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the NDIA, any government body, or any NDIS provider.
